Please contact us within 15 days of receipt to start the  return process. You will be given an RNA number and address to  mail your return within 7 days. All items must be unused and in  original condition, including any stickers and attachments. Once items are  received and inspected, refunds will be issued back to the original  payment method within 5 business days.   We don’t accept partial  returns.  Returns received without following these steps can’t be processed.

 

Although we strive for perfection, to err is human.  If there are any damages, mistakes, or defects to your order on our part, we will replace and ship it at no cost to you.
